Well, I don't think anyone's ever seen you use something that's not an OU, Silence. Not that this is a bad thing, but I like some of the older ones. In fact, three of my favorite Pokemon to use in battles are my Ninetales, Persian and Floatzel. I've seen one person use a Floatzel on here that's not me.
Also, my attachment to fast Taunters is precisely down to Stealth Rock users, if it's any consolation. You've seen two of 'em. I have more. I love Taunt, mainly to shut down SR, baton passers, and status inflicters.
That was an excellent match, though. Some awesome prediction on both sides, lots of switches and counters, and something like three Intimidates on my poor Perceval? Percy's not very standard. He's weird, in fact. But when he works, he works rather well. (He worked pretty good in that second game.) Oblivious was pretty useless, so I ended up using him as a sacrifice to suck up a Draco Meteor. I should have seen the followup that KOed Inari, though. Mainly 'cause I have a pair of Salamences myself. (I tend to breed in huge bulk batches and keep the best ones in a special box in case I want to make sliiiightly different versions of the same Pokemon, incidentally.)
And yeah, I figured you'd Pursuit me, so I was going to stick to my attack. And then stick to it again for T-Tar, to at least do some damage and avoid switch-damage on Mynoch, which would be able to deal with T-Tar pretty handily.
Edit: Eeveelutions, I could probably breed up some Baton Pass + Wish + Covet Eevees in a pinch if you needed some. I'd just have to do it in Diamond, so it would take a little while to shuffle things around and transfer them.
Okay, time for dinner. It's 10pm and I've not eaten yet due to INTENSE POKEBATTLES.

Is there something wrong with OU pokemon >.>? I'll admit, this team did not have an overarching strategy or forethought synergies, I just swapped leads since you'd expressed displeasure at Stealth Rock. I guess I was surprised when you lead with an anti-SR lead, when I'd told you I wasn't bringing SR.

My Taunters can shut down more than just Stealth Rock. I ended up breeding them -because- of Stealth Rock, however. You'll note my lack of a Rapid Spinner. I need to breed a good, solid Rapid Spinner. I have three and they're okay, but not great.
Just put a gigantic pizza in the oven. I always put far too many toppings on home-made pizza, but I can't help it. Maybe time for more pokemonning after that.
Eeveelution, Umbreon is a very, very good Baton Passer for Mean Look, because it basically takes the hit and lets you get a counter in there. With Wish and Taunt, it's a very good team player, too. I'm leery of Pokemon with no attacks, though. I've had one or two struggle themselves to death in the past.
Umbreon should have payback, I think it's the only decent attack it has.
I think that I'd only give Umbreon Payback if it also carried Curse. Usually Toxic's a better damage dealer for something with such a low Attack and no intention of putting EVs into it.
My main problem right now is trying to decide how I should EV train my Flareon, attack is his highest ability naturally, but with only Fire fang being a phys stab bonus, not sure where to go with it.
Payback is the same as assurance, only you don't have to take damage for it to work. If you go with toxic taunt will make you struggle. Flareon is atrocious, there really isn't a good use for it. Too slow, horrible move pool

I don't have a usable wifi team. I'm too much of a perfectionist when it comes to breeding to ever finish it. I only have 4 fully bred pokes, and one is garchomp for the battle tower.

So learn to settle for less, Jars. Like us.
Chen, I would be happy to help you out with that sometime! Probably at the weekend, or later on today, though. I'm eating pizza and watching Escape From LA right now, and after that my housemates and I were going to play a little more of the AvP demo. As xenomorphs!
Anyone do Contests or are y'all too butch for those?

Yes! I would like to battle.
If anyone is still around.
Also, if there is anyone who isn't all well trained and everything, I have my in game Platinum team that I could use for battling if you want to see how it works.

Ink! I'd be happy to battle you.
No Entry Hazards (or just not Stealth Rock) ok with you?
Sure, thats good. I'll leave Muddy behind this time.
Its weird how I don't have any pokemon with Taunt.
Instead of making a boring common Donphan I think I'll need to look into Taunt a little more.
Anyway, gimme a few to throw a team together.

Taunt is nasty, I think my whatever my next breeding project is, it will be something whose job is to taunt.
Edit: I also need a good Trick Scarfer. Or is it Scarf Tricker? Regardless, can anyone recommend any good ones?

Yet I love him so.
All Flareon really needs is access to Earthquake and Flare Blitz, and it'd be a hell of a lot more useful.

I might be up for a battle later, team isn't fully ev'd or anything, but I'd just be up for a quicky. Having a beer and not doing much so let me know.
Give me a holler if you guys are ready for some whoop ass.

Yeah, but I'm not giving them to anyone. Stealth Rock severely limits the number of useful Pokemon in a potential battle.
