Metagross, Bronzong, Lucario, Scizor, Magnezone and Empoleon.

Scizor, Metagross and Bronzong are neutral to Fighting.

Empoleon is neutral to Fire.

Scizor is neutral to Ground, Bronzong is immune, and both Metagross and Magnezone can learn Magnet Rise, I think? That's a pretty damned good team, and when you consider that you're going up against people that will be using 'favorites' that won't even be EV trained? It just seems like bullying.

Also, all of those bar Lucario are pretty bulky. People are going to be >:( a lot.

If you look at the fighting-type gym, it's actually far more balanced than mine is. In fact, the fighting gym would easily beat my steel gym.

EDIT: And I'll again point out that the spirit of the league is to pick the pokemon you like and get them battle-ready without putting too much effort into them. It's easier for me to not go through the steps to untrain my pokes.

I love steel-types, which is one reason why I had 4 pokemon who were on my team prior to even being the Steel Gym leader. Again, in the spirit of things, I'm going to put the least amount of effort required to get them all battle-ready.
