Super Robot Mini Deux
The United Phallan Society is an organisation dedicated to protecting earth with extreme force
. Even after the Incident at Terminal Phalla
, it has continued to carry out its duty, no matter the cost.
Two weeks ago, a UPS team recovered some form of artifact in some sinister
ancient ruins. It was taken to the nearest base, where it awaited collection for further study.
Captain Precision "k" Jilhawt was sent with a task force to collect this artifact. We have lost contact with him. Then, we lost contact with the base.
Its up to the ever reliable Captain Thorgot, the repaired Battleship Phalliant
and 25 Plucky Super Robot Pilots
The game will be played up in a multiple zone map, somewhat in the style of the battle royale games. It is a game about fighting, and connecting giant metallic hand to giant metallic face.
You are all super Robot Pilots. That means that you can all handle yourselves in a fight. You want a few more details before you sign up and launch? Read the handout
Super Robot Pilot advice and details
- Fighting: Everyone can fight in one way or another, involves punching people to death or maybe shooting them.
- Guarding: Everyone can guard, but it involves you placing yourself in-front of the nasty thing, so you will take damage if you do so.
- Seers: This is war against the unknown. You are heroes, go with your gut. Do not expect seering to be your main weapon against evil, instead rely on your own abilities.
- The Votes: One Red and One Green. The Red vote will supply the target with Valor, doubling the attack damage they do for the next day. This will be awefully handy for punching bad guys out.
The Green one will order the Battleship into a new zone. The Battleship is tough and will help soak up some damage, as well as provide some covering fire with its cannons.
You may make both a green and a red vote everyday. Everyday, details of the current attacking forces will be posted in the narration and the OP. If something is listed in the OP, It can be targetted. By everything that can target a player.
This is a HP based game.
How does one go about beating people in the face?
Every Robot will have:
A Melee attack - Which you can use on people in the same zone as you
A Ranged attack - Which you can use on people in adjacent zones
The ability to move - Which consumes two rounds to do
The ability to guard - Which has you move inbetween your target and things that hurt for as many rounds as you specify.
Each night is split into three rounds, which you can fill with attacking, moving, guarding, or any abilities that are role specific.
An example order PM would be "I target Bad dude and Melee him thrice." or "I target Evil Guy and Melee him, before moving to this other zone."
Activity is encouraged, deaths will occur if you do not make at least two posts a day. Vote closes at 22:00 GMT (10 PM).
No sharing or quoting of PMs with the host to other people yadda yadda
