I'm going to go ahead and ask mrt144: would you like pink dot, blue dot, or some other location; and, (presuming the phallus law fails, we need Raiden's vote) a build order.
By the time it's built, granaries will be available along with barracks, warriors, workers, and settlers. Walls might be, depending where he wants to put it.

I'm gonna go with the pink dot. While it doesn't have the production abilities right off the bat that I normally like for a second city, there aren't much better options at this point and it will secure important resources for us to enjoy and trade. It seems like we have a good amount of potential of food there, so my goal is to get the population up, run two priest specialists when possible so we can get hammers, great people points, and gold.
I think we should do a build of
Warrior->Granary->Worker (If we don't have at least 2 at this point)->Warrior->Obelisk->Worker->Barracks after copper-> Axemen
Barracks are cool and all but only after we hook up the Copper do I want to build that.
New residents, please give me some input and suggestions on this as your opinions and desires really do matter. I want the elite of our society to have a voice that his heard above the wailing of slaves.
Whip as necessary but use common sense, obviously. I don't want bodies of slaves stacking up like kindling and annoying our residents because we just had to have that Obelisk 150 years earlier.
As for worker improvements
Cottage the Floodplains available (I know some might want farms here but long term, the cottage is better and doesn't present a huge opportunity cost to growth)
Farm Grassland (I know that some might want cottages here but we need food to grow to the point of running specialists and whipping and working mines. We can always change this when cottages become awesome)
Mine Hills and Copper, Stone and Camp Elephants
Farm Plains for now but make this the lowest priority of worker action
I see Pi-Dongbury being our main production city until a more suitable site is available, either from the benevolence of the Gods revealing it, or prying it from the cold, dead hands of our neighbors. Once we do that, we can look at shifting it towards a gold city and trade city.

If I could get similar posts from the other city name proposers, especially those with multiple votes, it would be appreciated.
For reference, that's: Foomy, Steel Angel, and shalmelo.
If you don't like blue dot and want to give me leeway to make a decision based on exploration, that also works. Exploration plan is to check the southwest and hopefully find a nice site to limit the Maya, as that's where they came from.

I suddenly hope the current name fails as this is much better.
I'd vote for it as the 3rd City ;-)
Not yours I mean, but the second place in today's vote (or first! There are still plenty of votes available, but having two names pass yours seems unlikely). As I prefer Los Wangeles to Los Dangledies.
Anyway, as God Queen, my vote goes to Djonganet, which means Arkan should also submit a city plan. By the time it's built we will probably have Writing and thus libraries as well.

Build orders should just be a series of if then statements, right?
For now it shouldn't be too serious, just give me a location and a build order. Once it's built I'll probably be PMing you a screenshot at the end of every update so you can think about things more seriously. I'll also give rough estimates of when techs will come on line once the Astrologer gives me a tech order.
For example for tonight's update:
Pottery ~8 turns
Masonry ~8 turns
Writing ~13 turns (though there will be some cottages and probably Pi-Dongbury to improve things by then)
Alphabet ~35 turns

So I am providing one more list of techs after tonight's update correct?
Is there a place for retired cabinet members or do we ride off into the sunset?
You can run again, though you're unlikely to be re-selected (later on, you may have a better chance...). You can also try to get a governor's job. Or you can just go all elder statesman on us.
And yes, you have one more update as the man in charge of science.
This update will probably go until the discovery of Alphabet, at which point I will also need to give full details to the Chancellor on all kinds of things, but notably tech trades. This may mean the third choice for cities may also be built. I dunno.

If (when) Los Danglelies is defeated by Neo-Olde-New-Pi-Dongbury, I will throw my full support behind Los Danglelies v1.1, Los Wanglelies.
Also, Curse you, WotanAnubis! Curse you and your well thought out arguments against Heraclion! We would have gotten away with it were it not for you and your meddlesome priests!
I live by the cloak and dagger, and seek the dissolution of God Queen Hatshepsut's enemies.
I should like to set up my base of operations in the new city we build, though I keep my eyes eastwards to the plump, feeble cities of Joao II to our east.
What could I do to convince you not to change your vote :winky:
If it makes you feel better, its because I didn't know we'd be going to runners up for the second city. I saw the popularity of Pi-Dongbury, so I figured that most wouldn't switch their vote, and I liked Djonganet more than those in second place, so I changed it.
I realize this is a risky strategy and that if others adopt this strategy, I could "lose" in the sense that both candidates that I want to win get knocked out. But hey, I'm a risk taker. ;-)
I just like city names that play along with the Egyptian theme. If we were playing the spaniards, I'd be all for Los Wangeles.

The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it. ~ Terry Pratchett
By the way, I'm still giving credit to Steel Angel for the Los Wangeles name, even if it's a variant, under the semi established rule of Dongbury.
Also, everyone will get a chance to move to the countryside after tonight's update. It's going to become a mess for me and the Royal Demographer! Fun times.
Current order of founding:
Pi-Dongbury
Los Wangeles
Djonganet

If not, I'd like to be part of the Military
Anyways, how exactly does one of the citizenry request a to build wonders?
Hahaha, no, of course not. My mistake! I must have just glanced over it and thought it was just a quote.
So right now, I think:
