I was poking around in the Goodwill store outside where I work today and found a copy of Jordan's Wheel of Time book 11.

I have read about 30 pages so far, and I realize that I have nearly no recollection of what happened in the first 10 books.


Man, I am so screwed.

    Book 11 is definatly better then 8 9 or 10. In 10, if I remember correctly, the timeframe was several days. So much minutia and boring shit that I almost stopped reading the series. 11 gets back to what the first several books were like Not as good as the first several books, but good enough to justify a read.

    Seriously enough, this was a pretty good book. It is only about seven hundred and some odd pages rather than breaking 1k, and a number of plot points were addressed.


    It felt like it was going somewhere.
