The fact that literally every species we've seen thus far (except I guess the humans and quarians) has been represented by one gender is fairly dissapointing. what gives bioware, it can't be that much more work can it?
I suppose it's the fact that so little species in the game are mammal that just giving half of them boobs wouldn't exactly work. Though I have no idea why we don't have female voices for Volus and the hanar. I mean the hanar at the least wouldn't probably have much outside difference between genders.

I dont get the discussion with Mordin during his loyalty mission over
the dead Krogan female. It seems the only way to get Paragon points is to be an outright dick to him and be completely oblivious to the obvious fact that without the Genophage the rest of the universe would have simply made the Krogan extinct. He didnt even make the GEnophage he just reengineered it so that they wouldn't resort to killing everyone instead.
Saying you agree/see his point of view and that he accepts his remorse gives you renegaed points
Just because all the alternatives appear worse for everyone doesn't mean that what he did wasn't a war crime.
The paragon option is to say that war crimes are bad. Which they are.

they are afraid the disturbing playerbase will start demanding sexual content from the other species if they introduce even just one female of their kind
They resisted the cries from the gay audience well enough. I'm sure they can do the same for those xenophiles.
After discussions with some characters, I wish that your team would wander around their deck of the ship, nothing fancy but be in different places, maybe having ambient dialogue with the regular crew or each other, the closest you get is the two arguements that can take place and these seem to be scripted to occur directly after completing loyalty missions.
And Im doing my Ashley canon run and turning down miranda for sex she just wont talk to me anymore. Calls back to earlier complaints about you either fuck them or your relationship just grinds to a halt.

They've said before that it's a memory issue. Loading their detailed character models into levels takes up a good amount of memory. So they can either load fewer different NPCs, or many similar NPCs. They've opted for the latter.
I would like to have an awkward one-night stand with that internal affairs women Parisini.
I don't know if they intentionally gave her the worst female character model in the game, or if they just directly imported it from ME 1, but she looks terrible. Awkward indeed. Her eyes pierce your soul.

All creature will die and all the things will be broken. That's the law of samurai.

There is a clear difference in ME2 models and ME models sadly.
i think to get everyone killed you have to tell them to fall back instead of holding the door
so that didnt work
no matter what i do i always survive with jacob and zaeed only thing i can think of is that its time based? but how long i wonder.. i tried to wait it out its kinda hard to do.. only other thing is the weapon/tech/biotic upgrades, i did a few but not all of them just to get through insanity..
oh well, 3rd playthrough now i guess, i got enough me1 files to import tho i might try sentinel or adept this time.. i might load my adept me1 save just to see if
garrus/wrex
have any changes depending on if you took them or not.

I too am disappointed by the lack of female options for my femShep. I didn't even get the option to romance Kelly, best I got was that she had dinner with me and started feeding my fish. No lapdance for me, apparently.
I also managed to get through the suicide mission with my entire squad living. I agonized over every choice I had to make, though, I was EXPECTING at least one or two squadmates to die. I sent Tali through the vents really reluctantly, I knew she was the best, but expected her to die. And I was really trying to kill everyone fast so that Samara wouldn't crumble under the pressure of holding up the biotic shield.
The story I liked, despite (because of?) the huge thematic difference from ME1. Less "good vs evil" and more of a complex story. Sorta like Empire Strikes Back. I think that there were almost too many companions, though I liked them all and wouldn't have left a one behind. (Except Zaeed.) Sometimes, though, the people from ME1 who showed up seemed to be everywhere. New characters were there, but it seemed it was almost too referential. I half expected Legion to turn out to be, for example, some NPC you had met on Feros downloaded to a Geth shell. (or even Kaidan/Ashley, the deader of the two).
I will say, being able to import a character with decisions you made yourself, with a face you had grown used to - very huge. I can't imagine it's even near the same experience if you start a new character.
But yes. Fantastic. Exactly what I hoped for. When's ME3 coming out?

Regarding Kelly
The lap dance is post game as I understand it. If you had dinner with her and didn't romance anyone else, go to your Captains Quarters. There should be an intercomm button that lets you call Kelly up to your quarters.
ME3 needs a Volus crew member. Maybe a CAS pilot or something - someone in a position to wreck peoples shit by proxy.
EDIT: I'd also settle for "shifty banker who saves your ass because everyone everywhere tends to owe him money".
If you get a Volus crew member in ME3, I'm really hoping part of the final suicide mission involves having to plug a circular vent that's about 7 feet off the ground before everyone dies:
"Shepard...(wheeze)...you know it's the only way...(wheeze)...dribble me."

That's what I thought too, but I don't see an intercom button, and there's no other options for talking with her.

You can even get the Kelly scene if you did one of the other romances. During the post-game, go talk to whoever you romanced and break up with them. (For instance, go tell Thane, "I can't love a dying man.") Kelly should send you an e-mail soon after that.

Do you even come across talking hanar in ME2?
They resisted the cries from the gay audience well enough. I'm sure they can do the same for those xenophiles.
and Bioware gave in to their gurgled demanding cries with Tali and Garrus
next, we'll have a sensual Hanar sex scene on our hands

Also, who the hell does Phil LaMarr play in this game? I caught his name in the credits but I could not for the life of me tell you who he was.

Whilst it's possible you may get to see a bit of Earth my bet is for the final bit you'll end up on Mars.
Nicely done sir, nicely done.
