    Would it be rude of you to kick some dude off of your 360, in your house, who isn't even a friend of yours?

    Tell him to put on the headphones or find a different game. Him throwing temper tantrums is not your responsibility. If the guy is lame enough that he would throw a tantrum over not following something you asked him to do in your house with your games on your gaming systems, your friend is an idiot for dating him anyway.

    Dude, you're nowhere near the wrong by asking him to stop playing the story or pick a different game. And, neither are you responsible for any sort of childish reaction on his part. Its your place and you asked him specifically not to do something which he then did. Wow. Totally rude.

    Ask him to wear headphones and if he doesn't just turn off the 360.
