Interest in LPing SimCity 4 + Rush Hour?

Hey there.
I've tried this a year ago (I think...), and it went okay. Didn't really finish, but rather petered out due to lack of interest.
I was wondering if there was any real interest in a screenshot LP of SimCity 4.
Like before, instead of one person (me) updating again and again, the people in the thread can as well.
Because of how SimCity 4 saves as a region rather than a city, players can individually pick out regions and play them before uploading them to become a part of the master list.
Essentially, it'd be an LP that other people can join simultaneously.
Players can choose whether to post updates about their cities and how they're developing or not.
The only requirements is the installation of Network Addon Mod and Rush Hour. Because really, the AI pathfinding is piss poor, and I can't find a copy of SimCity 4 that doesn't come with it.
The overall goal of the game would be to make the largest city possible, or perhaps the most productive.
I also want to get some opinions on some things.
WHAT I NEED TO KNOW:
1. Would you be interested to play?
2. How many years should players be allotted? (E.G. they should aim for about 50 years in-game. Years tend to fly by, and 50 years shouldn't take more than a couple of hours of playing, even if you're doing it carefully.)
3. How much real-life time should each user have before their region is open for picking again?
4. Informative or casual? Or both?
5. What region? (Last time, we did NYC.)
Any questions or comments? Fire away.
