Eat Poop You Cat
Eat Poop You Cat (EPYC) is a party game. To play, you'll have to read the rules in this OP and follow them. They're very simple, though.
First off, here are the rules as described on Boardgamegeek.com:
Each player starts with a piece of paper and a pencil. At the top of the paper, each player writes a sentence. Then they pass the papers to their left. The next player "draws" the sentence a la Pictionary, then folds the paper so only the drawing is visible and passes it to their left. The next player looks at the drawing and writes a sentence that they think the drawing represents. This continues until all players have their original paper back. At the end, all players unfold their paper, and much hilarity ensues as "I am the Walrus, koo-koo-ca-choo" becomes "Hitler and I danced the night away in a disco."
Well, not really a rulebook persay, but it really tells you all you need to know.
How are we going to do this as a PbP game? Well if you followed my previous thead, located
here, you'll already be familiar with how it flows. I'm going to make quite a few changes how the game is ran, but most of it will be "behind the scenes" involving how I do it.
Rules:
First and foremost, all images must be hosted on imageshack. I primarily post from work and photobucket is blocked. I'm not sure what other image hosting sites there are, but imageshack is the only one I'm aware of that actually is not blocked. For sake of keeping the game flowing, imageshack must be used.
Secondly, this is experimental, so this rule may change if I don't feel it's working as intended. All EPYC blocks (as they'll be called since they don't actually have an offical name, prounounced epic blocks) will have a title. For instance if the original sentence was created by me, the title will be, "Ryadic EPYC block". All pms for BOYC blocks will be sent to me and the next player in line. The only thing you should include in your PM is your contribution to the block. What you received from the previous player should be removed.
All images must be SFW and contain no profanity. This wasn't a problem last game, but something I realized I should've mentioned midway through last game. I'm storing these images on my work PC.
More rules to be added when I come up with them. Clarifications will also be added here if needed. For the most part, the game is pretty self explanatory.
Now, for the most important part. The players. Sign ups are going to be different in this thread. Last time, I took 11 players and they submitted sentences. This time only 2 players are getting in automatically (already promised them a spot prior to making this rule) and everyone else must submit a sentence to me as part of their sign up. Post in this thread that you are signing up and then send me a sentence. Once I have enough sign ups and sentences, I'll post the list and the game will begin.
The player list for this game will be limited to 7. This is another experiment for me to see if this will get the game moving faster and get these EPYC blocks posted more frequently. I have a few more ideas on this that I'll also test out to see which works better. I am also open to suggestions if anyone has any.
I'm not sure, but I think I'll only use 2 or 3 sentences to start off for the first EPYC blocks.

I'm thinking of a sentence!
mine came to me in a dream. It is - incredible!
We will judge your performances with disdain.
I agree.
Better not out do us, although every thing I did was pretty weak.

I have already started using it. Nice interface that allows for drawing in-browser or uploading, and handles all the logistics for you. It looks like it has private group functionality so that we could all sign up under Penny Arcade and let it manage it for us. While it would no longer be on the forums, we could still link them from here and comment on them.
Just something to think about! But obviously let's do this one that's getting set up now before anything else.
Blocked at work.
But I wouldn't mind doing it and participate at home.
One of the downfalls working at a help desk. Can never really predict when people are going to fuck up their PCs and need help...
I'll try to get some of it done this weekend, but expect PMs to go out on Monday morning. This is going to be a busy weekend for me. Got a wedding to go to tomorrow and then have some V-day fun with the fiance on Sunday.
Edit:
I've still not chosen players. Haven't had much time to look over the sentences either. I'll definitely get a player list at least this weekend so people can know if they're getting a PM on Monday or not since it is a "holiday".

Things are going to be run a little differently than previously, so as for right now I'm working on something. So far it's not that busy at work, which is good. I should be able to get the lists up in about an hour.

Alright, there's the list. I think this is a bit of a more organized way for me to do it.
I'm about to send out PMs to those to draw the first images for the EPYC Blocks.
Odd numbered players in the lists will be doing sentences and even numbered will be doing images.
Reminder:
When sending your result, make sure it's sent to the next person in line as well as me. When doing so, make sure you remember to change the number to your number in the line.
IE:
ZeroCow is the 2nd player in Delmain's Block. I sent him Delmain's sentence with the PM entitled "Delmain's EPYC Block - 1".
When he has finished what he's doing he will send the image to me and Rend both and change the PM title to "Delmain's EPYC Block - 2".
Rend will then send it to the next player and me titled "Delmain's EPYC Block - 3"
So on and so forth.
Also, make sure all images, once again, are hosted on imageshack.]
Edit:
Make sure you delete what was previously sent to you in PM so that your PM contains only your submission.
Please don't send me PMs of anything other than your submission. Last game I got a few PMs that cluttered my box just saying, "OMG how am I going to do this?" or something to that effect. While it does make me laugh/smile/orgasm it fills my PM box fast.
I won't be pissed or anything if it happens, but if everyone did it in addition to their submission, my PM box would fill fast and finding the particular ones that need to be deleted and deleting them is a pain.
i just did this, and now feel bad
Now feel double bad! :P
Also, when you submit your sentence/image to me/the next player make sure you delete the previous information so that it contains only your submission. Spoilering it isn't really enough because people, like me, will get curious and click a spoiler no matter what. "Oooooooh, button. What's it do? Aerith dies? FUCK!"
Yeah, I've spoiled some things for myself by clicking spoilers cause I'm an idiot.
:edit: Also I'm excited to see what comes from my sentence.
