I recently ordered some parts from NCIX, three of which had a tasty MIR attached.

Problem is, I don't see any paperwork that says "Mail this in for $texas"

Could anyone verse me in the way this is supposed to work?

    Usually the product or the site where you ordered from will point you to a form you have to fill out and mail copies of the purchase receipt to.
