Almost passed out at party

Okay I have no idea what almost happened.

One moment Im talking with friends the next everything iras blurry and Im almost passing out. I get taken to a room and lay down for five min and everything returns to normal.

I had like three beers in the past three hours so its not like I am drunk. I do not drink often but I do not think Im a light weight
Should I be worried? Definitely not drinking anything else for the night just to be safe.

If everything is back to normal in 5 minutes, there's no way your drink was spiked. You don't clear that stuff from your system that quickly. Probably just low blood pressure or low blood sugar or something like that.

something similar has happened to me a while back

turns out I was holding my breath without realizing it

it only happened the once, though

if you ever get that lightheaded/blurry feeling again, take a break, sit down, deep breaths

Yeah, I'm willing to bet it's low blood sugar. Keep some crackers or something on you, and if you feel light headed, munch on those.

All of the above. Also, did you take any medication (sinus/allergy medication, etc)?

okay, i'm mirroring the engie up there.
Random fainting or pre-syncopie (almost fainting) are great signs of bigger issues. Go to a doctor for a checkup, get your blood pressure/etc taken, and then rest easier when the doctor tells you that you were probably just low on blood sugar or hadn't had enough water to drink (and alcohol is a dihuretic, so it can quickly make that situation worse).
If it happens again, don't waste any time in seeing a doctor.

This has happend to me on a couple of occasions, it worried me quite a bit intill I noticed that it only happend when I was sitting down and was being caused by all the blood rushing back into my leg(s) as I to was getting the feeling that my legs were falling asleep so I would immediatly stand up.

Which of course, would cause intense dizzyness and getting all light headed.

Dude, what the silly goose. You need to go to a doctor to make sure you're not diabetic.

Your not a doctor, don't diagnose yourself, let a professional do it instead of pulling stuff out of your ass and thinking yourself better.

Are you by any chance a GURL!?

Seriously? Cause I know my girlfriends blood pressure will plummet if she's on the wrong type of BC.
