It should be a combination of capture the flag and Koth, like Kupi suggested a long time ago. Unless he's disowning that idea too, in which case I will also gladly steal it.
I had an idea for a new gametype, like a Payload Tug of War.
I imagine it a bit like a Payload Race/King of the Hill hybrid(or, as I like to call it, King of the Payload Hill Race, KotPLHR for short), where the cart is pushed out from a central control point, pushable only by the team which controls said point, and needs to be held at the end of the track for a period of time to win. Unfortunately, right now I'm not even sure something like this could be done with what's in the entity system currently.
Sort of like pl_waste, but with timers instead of capture points and meant to be played on a much smaller scale.
I'm thinking it would work as a completely straight track, with rollback zones at the ends so a person has to be *on* the cart for the timer to countdown. Of course there would be a good amount of cover for this person, or a few persons, and the capture sides would be more easily accessible to their respective teams.
Originally I was thinking it would need some ctf mechanics, but a simple "OnPass" trigger to enable/disable the end capture zones should work.
The only thing that worries me *right now* is the HUD. But I think I have a couple of different approaches to try with that.

No, not really. But I had a hunch. It looks like tf_bot_keep_class_after_death (I'm *pretty* sure that's the command, right Quaz?) got turned off, and we were guessing that was causing some of the crashes between maps, so I turned it on again, and edited a few files so it should always be on.

Oh hey, it's been two months since the War! update.. Hopefully we'll be seeing info on the next update soon. (And hopefully it's the "Trading + Increased Drop Rates + Shedload of new, fan created, items" update)

100 items might be valid. We currently have 25 weapons, 33 random hats/misc, and 5 reward hats/misc, so that's 63 items, so they'd just need to add like 37 new items. 'course that's all dependent on the quality of submissions.
