    i will probably play the crap out of this. i knew nothing of it until my friend infected me with his excitement a couple nights back, so i hope he's not wrong about this being good.

    why does "eureka!" seem sillier than "objection!"? i suppose you can't run around objecting to pieces of evidence at a crime scene.

    These games are pretty good but I'd prefer it if they were on XBLA or something instead of just DS and Wii (for the first PW)

    yeah i kind of got bored of this series somewhere around the third case of the first game

    this one looks kind of neat though!

    their portability is a big factor in why they're great.
    also if they did a straight port you wouldn't be able to scream objection into anything since the xbox doesn't have an internal mic

    i guess they could just make it work with the headset but

    ds is perfect for these kinda games


    also uh you got to wander around crime scenes and present things to people in EVERY OTHER ace attorney game so uh i don't know why that's highlighted as something new

    do you even get to go to court in this one or is it straight up detective work

    I disagree on the portability thing. Yeah, they're bite-sized pieces of gameplay until you get to the next part of the scenario, but that's also kind of the idea behind XBLA. They have plenty of games like that already that are just used as time-killers.

    I didn't know anyone actually yells into the mic with these games o_O

    I'd probably be the only one that'd play it, and sometimes my girlfriend I'd think...

    but man I miss playing Zelda games, and NSMB:W is awesome...

    plus I want to give this endless ocean crap a try, I want to touch those fish. Also Monster Hunter when it comes out.

    That one redeems itself right near the end when at the end of the final investigation
    the guilty person decides to have you assassinated by some thugs when suddenly Gumshoe bursts in and awesome music plays in the background and he's all like OH NO YOU DI'NT and arrests everyone with his bare hands
