As pointed out, the influx of ~elite pvpers~ and other alliances seeking good fights into our region of operations has only made life even more unbearable for the pets that once took their security for granted.
More failure cascades and alliance implosions are likely to follow.
So near as I can tell we're fighting Atlas and their renters? Or just trying to fuck shit up in the area?
The influence map is up to date, it's just that groups like White Noise, live entirely out of NPC regions and hold no sovereignty. Their members plex like crazy, and run lots of pirate missions, which means they're rich as fuck, and have a huge supercapital fleet.
So it's been 4 days since I applied, and I still haven't heard anything back, except from Courthouse, who mentioned that he's unable to process applications atm, and that I should speak with Zareph. I eve-mailed him with no response for some time.
Is there anything else I can do? I can't send a new application because my old one is yet to be processed.

What character did you send the application in under? Z is normally crazy busy on business trips, but i'll see if I can wrangle him up on jabber and ask what's up.

I believe I just leveled infomorph psychology up to 3 so I should be able to leave a jc in n-theta as well.

CCP sends out an offer of a free 5 day reactivation to old players once in a while. I've heard every 6 months, but I'm not sure.
Or if you have 300 million ISK on your chars, maybe you can convince a GM to activate your account for a day, so you can buy a PLEX and reactivate your account that way.

The response I received far exceeded the response I wanted. The people who logged into jabber and the game were at a months high. The fact that Rath posted was gold, the crown would have been Rob Gee posting.

Reading the OP gave me a stiff e-boner but then I saw words being thrown around like hardcore. Does this game require a huge time investment to be fun? Or is it like WoW where the time investment leads to a boring end game which leads to a massive time investment for a slight amount of fun? Basically can I play a couple hours a day maybe a few times a week and have fun at all?

That's enough time. You'll enjoy it playing that often if you find the game fun. As to finding out if it's a game you'll enjoy or not that's what trials are for.

You can do whatever the hell you want. Dead weight is not a thing that exists in EVE, other than the frozen corpses floating in a field of debris.
This game sounds amazing...what is the catch? There has to be something wrong with this game....I am going to start the trial in a couple weeks when I actually have time to play.

I did SIX (6) damage to a hurricane and EIGHT (8) to a Drake. I think I got on one other too but I couldn't find it.
