OKay, want to know about using a web phone connection for internet chat. Phone cards are becoming a bitch to find and we don't call enough to warrent a full plan. i would really like to know if anyone knows of a good service/Program/website to help me out on setting up a connection between my home computer and somewhere else in the world.

it was only free for North America anyway
edit: ie, no long distance/country-to-country free calls.
And only for a year. Before that it was unfree, and I don't think the price went above the temporary freeness.
