I am trying to run a teamspeak server with a dynamic IP Address. I have an unusually fast dsl connection since I am right next to the phone company. It works great except for the dynamic IP Address. I am trying to think of a way to somehow dynamically show what my computer's ip address is. The only thing I can think of is add an IRC Bot that whispers users the IP when commanded.
Although this works, there's got to be a better option.
After you sign up for that free service, they have some little apps that will monitor your IP address, and when it changes, update the list, so that your particular DNS name will always reflect your current IP.
So that people can always connect to thandor.dyndns.org or whichever one you choose.

There are other services like that, too. I've heard they work as advertised.
