The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
The dice stopped Khorne from double-clicking. The will be the next to die (individually, obviously).
The rain of pus stopped Khorne from double ticking. Your successful dice could not kill enough in The Empire to ensure your double tick. The winds of war are fickle, brother, but rot and decay are assured.
Khorne gets 2 cards
Nurgle gets +3VP
Tzeentch places a Warpstone
Slaanesh gets an upgrade
Need your choices Tzeentch and Slaanesh
T-Z, it would also be nice if you can let me know if you're going to be discarding before the draw phase, unless you think the Old World card could have a bearing on that.
I cannot argue your logic, Tzeentch. We will see which part earns the high honor of Chaos. Whether one form of corruption reigns supreme or the change as a whole is most valued. Whomever it is, let us delight in the destruction of this land.

I get a tick for each region I kill an enemy figure. The rain of pus stopped me at 3 kills in one region instead of 4.... That did NOT stop any ticking. My followers rotating on their thumbs in two regions thwarted me, and I have ways of dealing with followers who do not do my will.

Actually, it did stop you - if you kill enough lepers there, then Nurgle only gets one DIAL token and you double-tick for having two while everyone else has one.

Khorne, you never were quite devious enough. My rain of pus thwarted your ability to take a dial token from both me and Slaanesh in that region. You had to choose one of us to take a dial token from, my defense prevented both. One of us had to have two tokens to match your two. That is how your double tick was prevented.
Although I agree that your followers are inept. It is very astute of you to determine that. You have my blessing to add them to the corpse pile, at your leisure.

One acquires power by seizing it, not by pussyfooting around and denying others their due.
You people can run around backstabbing each other in the hopes of becoming slightly greater than each other.
I am greater through my own merits alone. At least, I wouldn't have been reduced to your level if my followers could do their jobs properly
Dark Elf Corsairs - At the end of the Battle Phase, all players with a figure in a region containing an event token must remove one figure from that region.
A bit off-topic, but I just won a game of Chaos as Khorne by VICTORY POINTS! Boo-yah! And it's documented for posterity, so no more of this "Khorne can't win by VP" crap I've been hearing.

Having played the game 1.5 times, all of it as Khorne...
Why would you bother trying for a VP win, unless you got horribly unlucky on your dice rolls the first round or two?
I mean...it's possible I could win a poker game against Phil Ivy... But given the choice between playing Poker or Badminton against him, why would I choose to play poker with the guy?

Congrats on the Khorne VP win, regardless
My guess is that if your opponents are silly enough (i.e. are willing to spend 4PP to abandon a major zone after you drop one or two dice in it) you could clean up.
How in the world did they manage to let you get that many VP with Khorne, that quickly?
Link to the game in question, if anyone wanted to read through it.
Edit: Rules question from that game: "New Old World tokens cannot be placed in Ruined regions, so you can't bring the Warpstone with you"
I would have ruled that one differently - it isn't placing a new token, but simply moving one that is already on the board. Should be doable, I would think.
Brother Nurgle your cultist don't know a thing about true love. Let me show them.
(M) Soporific Musk - 2 - When you play this card, choose one enemy Cultist in this region. You control that Cultist figure until this card is discarded. In The Empire 3/6 PP remaining.

Why, The Empire, of course

Khorne changes the living to the dead.
You change the whole to the decayed.
Slaanesh changes the pure to the corrupt.
And through it all, you do my will.

Keeper of Secrets Upgrade please.
Through your will brother? I hardly imagine you want the world embraced in each other, thats a very hard thing to change.

I will discard my last card.

Edit: Ignore the DIAL tokens, please.
Yes young blood, the lead is yours
Let's send my Bloodthirster over there and find out, shall we?
Summon Bloodthirster to Tilea. 4/7 PP left.
I'm gone for the weekend. I'll be back on Sunday.

Squeeze it between the plague bearer and bloodletters. Teach them what love is.
That means more fun for my minions!
Bloodletter to Estalia. 2/7 PP left.

Edit: Let me rephrase, I felt there wasn't enough time against my current opponents as Tzeentch and Slaanesh were both going for dials.
So awesome.

Move Acolyte from Estalia to the Border Princes/ 4/6 left, I think.

Ahem... Kislev is looking a bit too peaceful. Maybe they need a battle cry to liven things up?
Battle Cry in Kislev. 1/7 PP remain.
