    The Final Round is more about "fit" than anything else, and trying to get them in as many different "interaction" scenarios as we can is our goal. There's only so much rounds 1-5 can tell you - 6 is where we figure out whether or not you as a person and we as a company are the right fit. It's a stress, personality, and creative test all rolled into 3 days, starting at 9 AM and rolling into the night, only to start over again in the morning.

    I think it's possible Matt got the job, simply because he got by far the most enthusiastic pounding. "what did you hate most about Matt?" "I hated his little face" "I hated his dog and his personality" "I hate that he's not dead yet"

    All a ploy to lull us into a false sense of security before BAM he's hired.
