Help properly converting music filenames from Sonic Collection PC port?

In the process of moving, I came across an old copy of Activision's PC twin pack of Sonic CD and Sonic & Knuckles Collection. Much happiness and nostalgia was had when I remembered that the music is all in .wav format. So I tossed the whole music folder onto my iPod but then noticed that none of the songs were labeled. Sonic 1 I remember well enough to rename all the files to something I can recognize, ie renaming S1_81 to Green Hill Zone.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the rest of the games well enough to do this, So I'm looking to the collective knowledge of H&A to see if anyone has a translation somewhere, even if it's just a text list of things like S3&K_18.WAV = (zone name).
