I got mine today! I was more excited to get that than I was to get graduate letters of acceptance/denial. And way more excited to get that than my bridesmaid dress.
I was asked, when my roommate saw my PAX pass, if that was the 'geekfest' I'd been talking about. Pfft, they say that as if it's a bad thing.
Heh...Hell, I've been openly telling my less geeky friends that for a bit and explaining how awesome it is in terms they relate too.
They still just see "geekfest."
Works for me.

As someone who rides the T more often than he would like (and it's not even that often to be honest), hold on to those CharlieCards. Even though they are in fact free, trying to track down a T customer service person that actually has them available to give out is like hunting rare Pokemon.
That they are mailing them out with the badges is incredibly thoughtful and really good foresight on their part!

Not to mention, if you're like me, you'll tuck your Charlie Card behind your id; There's no need to take it out of the wallet, since it's RFID based, and they are durable as fuck.
Anybody report issues of receiving letters with just a charlie card and no 3day pass? Both me and a friend in the area have had the same luck, already talking to the helpdesk. Hope this isn't widespread.
Howdy folks. Passes are coming via US mail, correct? Is there an email address/phone number to contact if I do not receive them in a week or so?
They were just sent out this week. Be patient.

Quick question here, are all passes ordered before the cutoff date going out in the mail or just the 3-day passes? Reason I ask is a friend wound up going the buy-each-day-individually route in those few days between whenv 3-dayers sold out and individual Saturday passes selling out.

All passes ordered before the cutoff date are now being mailed out, he should get them soon.
Shouldn't we have received our mail-outs by now? I signed up weeks ago, and haven't gotten it yet. I would normally just assume it hasn't gotten to me yet, but my friends have all received there's.
What should I do if it doesn't come? I emailed PAX Registration, and have yet to hear back. I do have the print-out from when I purchased the ticket, but I don't know if thats enough to get in.
Of coarse, they have me on file; I can prove that I purchased the ticket. They can't just not let me in, but hopefully it won't be too inconvenient if the issue arises.

Have you tried the e-mail provided earlier in the thread?
I registered/ordered passes back in December and I still haven't received mine. I've attempted to email, and they told me they're in the mail. Only 7 days left...what should I do?!

But I'll be picking up my media pass at the front desk early.
Can't wait to get in and interview the developers and publishers!
See everybody there!

i bought on Jan 22 and still don't have anything in the mail?
can i just print out my CONFIRMATION and walk in with that? i'm actually giving it to a friend will he need my ID?
i ASSUMED this would be covered in the FAQ but there's no mention of ticket policies like this at all...
