Maher Arar: Misplaced Inquiry Report

Hi all,

I'm working on a project on Maher Arar (due 11:00 pm tonight—oh the rigors of academia!) and I seem to be missing a vital piece of information: the sections of Justice Dennis O'Connor's report made public and released on PDF format.

I've found a few links pointing to the Arar Commission website on CBC and similar pages, but the website seems to have been taken down. Obviously I won't be able to sift through the whole thing (I've heard it referred to as spanning four volumes and over 800 pages), but if I could use it as a factchecking source it would really make my day!

If someone could direct me to a mirror holding the offically released, censored, and public version I would really appreciate it. As this version has been released to the public domain as part of the commission, I do not believe I am violating any copyright laws.

Thanks in advance!

I feel like a bit of a dummy for not looking on any websites for oversight organizations. This should have occurred to me earlier.

This is exactly what I'm looking for—you are a scholar and a gentleman!
