Biz Action Plan For Trainer Job

I'm currently working as a cashier at a "natural" grocery store (sounds like 'Mole Dudes'), and a job opened up at another location for their in-store trainer. I've got many years experience as a trainer, and am pretty familiar with the store.
As part of the interview process, they want an action plan, but I'm stuck on how to go about it. I've tried asking for guidelines, but everyone is very vague. Really just need to know what level of detail to go into - like list out my plan for the next three months day-by-day, describe my philosophy of training and how to apply it at the store, or break it down by importance - re; safety, organic requirements, product training?
Really the only other help is that they (the company) seems to be impressed more by how much you want the job than if you can actually do it. Any advice, suggestions would be great.
