    I'm having trouble not giggling when I see any of your comics, because I know it's something good.
    My favorite is definitely the birthday skeleton (though I prefer it without the two first panels ^^)

    Your comics are genius. The attention to detail (like the bugs on the birthday skeleton), the expressions (like worried baby), and the dark humour make for an excellent, unique comic. Keep them coming!

    New comic up

    FireAlarm.jpg

    This one was fun to make, I love switching between realistic styles and cartoony ones.

    Also gonna plug My friend's Glee audition for her because she owns and is a rad animator and did that whole audition with a stitched up mouth from oral surgery because she's that much of a badass.

    If you were going to edit out the last panel, you could always tweak the first panel into one square instead of the large rectangle.

    Still, pretty good comic.

    I think the phrasing in the last panel is removing the joke. "I encourage you to escape faster" Or something like that.

    I would make the last panel to be the same width as the first one.

    I actually think the dialog from the original last panel worked better than this, and that it worked better without the second to last panel instead.

    It seems pretty evenly split between the two lines, and I think I like the complete unhelpfulness of 'you are now bleeding badly'. So I'm gonna go with that version. Thanks for helping out everyone.

    Could you do a "roll over" for the alternate joke (kind of like Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal)?

    That way you get the best of both worlds

    I like it. I know it may be a bit tricky since it's hand done, but is there a way you can increase the weight on the "benefits" text? May give more punch to the punchline.

    Looks like line 46 in style.css for the theme is setting all img's in the main content to a max-width of 100%, meaning they scale to the width of class "narrowcolumn" (defined in line 436 of style.css), or 550px. This is a problem that's easy to fix in the stylesheet, but obviously has design ramifications for the entire site. You need to figure out just how wide you want that column to be, or if you want to use an alternate method for display (scrolling, click to enlarge, lightbox, etc).

    okay after much fucking around in assorted comicpress files, i officially have no idea how i did it!

    i THINK you could achieve it by finding the page wrapper section in style.css:
    #page {
    	width: 960px;
    	margin: 0px auto;
    	}

    and editing the "width" slightly, although i am by no means an expert (or even amateur) with code so, don't trust me too much. The page width is set at the default for a reason though; it means that people on 1024x768 screens don't have as many problems

    i can't even tell whether mine is edited; maybe that is how i fixed my own site? no memory!

    BUT if your comic isn't showing up as large as you'd like it to, then making things wider is probably the best option (and all those old fogies with their stank-ass screens can go suck a fuck)

    obviously back everything up before making any changes, too!

    i do not want your site to go down again EVER, you hear me?
