I think this was a rough translation of it (stolen from gaf which was stolen from some place else):

Street11 stepped up to the plate and provided this brief translation of what's covered in the entry, including what the long-awaited bonus may be for owners of Street Fighter 4 who are upgrading to Super.

    • If you have Street Fighter 4, you will be able to have an 11th character color!?

    • Said SSF4 will feature all characters to be playable from the start, but won't say anything about hidden characters.

    • Able to set 'play area' on the arcade request settings.

    • No gallery mode.

    • Ibuki's alternate confirmed to be schoolgirl uniform.

    • Computer vs. Computer mode is available.

    • Only some characters have two rival battles, others have one.

    • There's a ranking chart based on continents, along with a ranking chart based on characters.

    • Training mode now remembers settings (doesn't mention if it is the very last previous settings, or whether you can save settings or not), at least you don't have to change it every time.

    • El Fuerte's specials are not faster at all.

    • Game loads faster.

    • You can copy saved data.

    • Gen doesn't have chains, but have more variety of links and is stronger

    Good games passenger.

That was a really weird ending for the Guile vs Ryu Match. The spacing on your Balrog completely through me off from the regular more aggressive Rogs out there. I wasn't really sure when to look for opportunities. Are you maining Bison now? I believe you were a Gouken fan at first right?

For your Bison you should integrate his HK into your game more often. That thing absolutely mauls people when it comes to footsies and Sakura definitely has a relatively weak footsie game. Oh and another thing to get out of some of the mix ups just dash back. It'll prevent a lot of options from working.

Concurrently I am also really bad at regaining the pace when things change. Which is exactly what happened with Balrog. I couldn't get you into a flow that I wanted and it just sent me all a scamper.

I do try to intentionally go for unnecessary combos sometimes. While it does less damage the mental element of not being able to do anything at all for a good five seconds or longer can throw off a lot of peoples game. So yeah you're not alone in that.

We should do some more chun matches. I can't recall ours too well but I do know you should be using her standing HK and HP much more often.

The best thing I've found that works when the flow has shifted in a match is to just keep your head. Many players when they are down, or lose the lead, start taking unnecessary risks to regain control.

Keep your cool, stick to your gameplan. I've pulled out many wins just by not getting hung up on say eating an ultra. Also, remember that you're opponent may also get overconfident and make mistakes in his zeal to end the match. Look for these opportunities and punish.

Don't let your mental guard by broken by a setback. If you know for sure that the round is lost, but the 2nd or 3rd round is coming up, try just staying alive and building meter. Often you can force your opponent to waste meter to try and finish you off, while you steadily accumulate in preparation for the next round. Sometimes, you can still even get the win just by doing this.

At this point I'm wondering if there isn't some extra unlisted damage penalty for putting ultras in long combos like that. The Tiger Cannon in Sagat's combo did 100 damage (about 244 adjusting for the 41% modifier shown in attack data).

I want to see some training data on ultras done straight-up, without being comboed into. We got Abare Tosanami's raw unscaled damage in that video, which was 390 at full charge (presumably 260 at minimum activatable revenge gauge) with guaranteed juggle followups.

Looks like a part of the Tiger cannon whiffs as you can see it travel beyond the guy. I'm guessing that's also eating into the total damage too.

It looked like Dan's didn't hit full either. It just didn't go beyond the training dummy because it's a short range projectile. That's a little disappointing if I'm seeing it right. I was secretly hoping this would SSFIV: the revenge of Dan edition. Still worlds better than his old Ultra though.

I actually think that was Dan's full ultra. I think it's only 3 hits (or 4 or whatever it is?) cause I remember one video where they put it up against sakura's ultra II and sakura's "won" and still had 1 more hit left that hit Dan. Was kind of funny.

I was watching the video more and I disagree. Both Sagat's and Dan's Ultra did 5 hits. Both fireballs continued to move forward after the dummy was thrown back (i.e. out of the Ultra). The only difference I saw is that Sagat's firball went past the dummy where as Dan's fizzles out before going past. I'll have to go back and look at a 100% sure full Dan Ultra, but unless the fireball always continues forward a little way after hitting it wasn't full.

    Edit:

Just youtubed it and now I'm more confused. Dan's Ultra only does 4 hits (so I probably suck at counting), but it doesn't continue forward after hitting. Maybe it was full and it only continues forward if you hit your opponent in the air? I dunno.

    Double Edit:

Definitely did 5 in that video. Maybe it's been changed since the Ultras on the Japanese sight originally went up? I dunno, I'll play Dan regardless. The power of Saikyo compels me.

I was watching the GB Quicklook everyone has been complaining about and saw that they did in fact change the number of hits Dan's Ultra 2 does. It now does 6 hits instead of 4. So his srk > fadc > Ultra2 misses the last hit.

It seems like HDR's input timing is a lot stricter. In SF4 I can do flash kicks 110% of the time, but in HDR it's like 30%. I keep getting jumping roundhouses. And it seems like during the slowdown that occurs after a special move hits, no inputs are allowed. I've tried following up a sonic boom with foward-fierce or c.mk, but nothing comes out.

Maybe I'll just stick to playing this till super hits, so I can fix my apparently scrubby skills. :P

Guess I'll post my Nakky blog notes as well.

Says that with Hakan reveal, ALL characters have been introduced (ie no more hidden characters, but as always she never says anything concretely).

Endless battle has no win limit, but the counter only goes up to 3 digits, so aim for 999 wins.

All chars unlocked from the beginning.

Casual clothes were considered for Chun-Li's 3rd alt, but the idea didn't make it in the end.

Colors and taunts have to be unlocked, but will be much easier than in SFIV.

Can search for region for online battles, and set region preference in Fight Request.

Characters who already had a remixed theme in SFIV will have the same theme in SSFIV.

Not every character has 2 rival battles. Some only have 1.

No facial adjustments/tweaking for the female characters.

The soundtrack featured in the Collectors Package is only character themes. So there are no plans to release the BGM for the new stages on CD just yet, but she notes that they would like to at some point.

Can't search for specific player data, or various types of BP ranking like the arcade, but there are two new rankings - BP by region, and BP by character.

She says that ultra select will take place after you and your opponent have picked your character, and that the blind select will be turned off. In other words, blind select pick your character, see each other's character, then ultra select. Yes, I know this is in contrast to what s-kill said, and I don't know why. That's just what she's written.

    No offline replays.

Dev blog will talk about character adjustments...but not in too much detail.

No forced install, but she later notes that load times are faster overall.

No plans for SSFIV on PC at this time.

BP, GP, titles and what not do not carry over from SFIV.

Dead body hits are still in.

If you have a SFIV save file on your system, then there's an 11th color...

Matching is done based on Player Points.

No new features for Training Mode, except that the CPU will remember your settings.

El Fuerte's moves aren't any faster.

    Color Edit mode wasn't possible.

Install on 360 will probably be about 6GB

Character country flags have disappeared because they added the feature to display some preset phrases before a fight - the country flags were in at first but in the end the screen was too cluttered.

Judging from other Capcom games, the last color option is usually wacky and/or stands out more than usual. I'll await seeing what they look like before being too disappointed. Not that I was expecting anything much more than this in the first place, anyway.
