Want to get in shape? I do. I'm 6'0 170 which is decent stats on paper but irl my abs are hidden behind a forsaken layer of flabby meat. You may have tried other ways to lose weight before and failed. Why? Because you quit! You gave up. Lost motivation. No time? Nay, even if you play 16 hours of WoW a day, you can still lose weight.

But listen scrubs, you have to do it the right way. I lost nearly 30 pounds in a month before by drinking only half water half black coffee and eating only egg whites and english muffins.

This is WEAK and BAD. You gain nothing buy losing weight this way. It just makes you look like a guy that would sell you pictures of nude women riding a Zonkey in the parking lot of a Red Robin.


Pretty sweet intro so far, right? How many of you have seen a Zonkey before? OKAY! FOCUS!


So what I want us to do is to follow a strict regimen and post updates here so you feel OBLIGATED to keep going or else. If you want to be dishonest and post your numbers without actually doing them then you will never get in shape and don't bother posting.

What regimen? Many of you have heard of hundredpushups. I tried it once before and stopped after week 3. My failure makes me sick, I know. But I'm trying it again along with their other regime twohundredsitups, and my own pull-up regime since they don't have one. I'm coupling these with a sensible reduced calorie diet which you should too if you want to benefit the most.

OKAY! SO! The reason I'm posting this here is so I (AND YOU MAGGOT) have a reason to keep it going for the entire 6 weeks. I don't want this thread to fill up with chat and offtopic bullshit and diet tips.


All I want you to post is your name, current weight, desired weight, your initial pushup test results, your initial situp test results. LIKE SO:

Pub:
Current: 170 lbs
Desired: 155 lbs
Pushups: 21
Situps: 20
Pullups: 5

And for updates, post every Monday, Wednesday, Friday what your max situps/pushups were for that day.

Make sure you follow the CORRECT FORM tutorials or else you are wasting your time. Hold those situps for 2 seconds bitch. I will add your name and info to this original post so everyone knows you take your health seriously.

    I think you do. Take the tests and post your real results. Your added until then with your "maybe" numbers.

    You need this the most. Every aspect of your life will improve with your improved body shape. Spend 10 minutes, take the tests and post your results.

    It's weird that you guys are able to do so few push ups but you're ripping it on pull ups. I used to be able to do 60+ push ups but I never remember myself being able to do more than 6 pull ups and I am a skinny dude. And on sit ups are you doing actual sit ups or crunches?

    6'0" and 155 pounds sounds pretty damn skinny. I'm 6'2" and when I was down to 170 I was surprised by how small I'd gotten, and that was with very little muscle to speak of.

    I actually lost 48 pounds in < six months by doing 100 pushups and 100 situps a day.
    The only difference I made to my diet was to eat the same, but just stop before I felt so full that I wanted to throw up and die.

    Anyway now I'm going to the gym because I am not a little girl who just does pushups anymore.

    Afterwards I am going to drink a lot, because fuck a diet. I'M A MAN. I'M MIKE GUNDY.
