Want to get in shape? I do. I'm 6'0 170 which is decent stats on paper but irl my abs are hidden behind a forsaken layer of flabby meat. You may have tried other ways to lose weight before and failed. Why? Because you quit! You gave up. Lost motivation. No time? Nay, even if you play 16 hours of WoW a day, you can still lose weight.
But listen scrubs, you have to do it the right way. I lost nearly 30 pounds in a month before by drinking only half water half black coffee and eating only egg whites and english muffins.
This is WEAK and BAD. You gain nothing buy losing weight this way. It just makes you look like a guy that would sell you pictures of nude women riding a

So what I want us to do is to follow a strict regimen and post updates here so you feel OBLIGATED to keep going or else. If you want to be dishonest and post your numbers without actually doing them then you will never get in shape and don't bother posting.
What regimen? Many of you have heard of
hundredpushups. I tried it once before and stopped after week 3. My failure makes me sick, I know. But I'm trying it again along with their other regime
twohundredsitups, and my own pull-up regime since they don't have one. I'm coupling these with a sensible reduced calorie diet which you should too if you want to benefit the most.
OKAY! SO! The reason I'm posting this here is so I (AND YOU MAGGOT) have a reason to keep it going for the entire 6 weeks. I don't want this thread to fill up with chat and offtopic bullshit and diet tips.
