The series is about U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens, a 19th century-style but modern-day officer based in Florida, who enforces his brand of justice to put a target on his back with criminals and puts him at odds with his bosses in the Marshal service. As a result, he gets reassigned to the district covering his rural Kentucky hometown of Harlan County.
So I'm pretty pumped for this, as it's a fresh start away from any doctor or vampire show. In addition to what I think is a kick-ass concept it's also staring the most awesome of actors, Timothy Olyphant.

Too much awesome for televisions to handle...
I'm thinking that it's almost entirely on Timothy Olyphant to sell it, just like Nathan Fillion in Castle.

The rest of the show was great too, don't get me wrong. But damn.
The article in USAToday about this show said his character in Deadwood didn't really enjoy being a lawman, he did it because he had to. His character in this show loves his job.
Do you think there's a chance it will get put on Hulu?

i mean, you aren't the first cat to take issue with what many have characterized as excessive swearing in the show
initially, i think they had a problem with greenlighting the show because of the cursing but the creator convinced them that dudes was cursing up a storm
that era was full of intelligent yet ignorant and crass cats, so while somebody speaking iambic pentameter and saying fuck every five seconds may seem a little strange played out on screen, it isn't the biggest stretch of the imagination to say that it's likely there were people that spoke like that
the "love story" of the film was the best part
that bitch can't keep her clothes on despite her hatred of cats that sexually mistreated her and baldy can't stop acting like a date rapist with a bad case of premature date rapist remorse
