I'm a hooker (failed at knitting) and I might stop by on Saturday if you're all in the Pru. I'm a bit of an oddball though. I can only crochet hats. Just. Like... Beanies. That's all. For some reason I can't grasp how to make a simple scarf. haha. Maybe one of you could teach me while I'm there! (hoping I can make it)
I just wanted to resurrect this thread to say that I had an awesome time meeting up and chatting with everyone in the food court! It was nice to get some down time in the middle of that mob scene to just work on the thread. That, and the hubby's socks are a little closer to finally being finished, so two birds with one stone isn't bad.
If anybody's up for doing this again next year, I'll be there!
Does anyone have the picture of me (blue hair girl) holding the d20 I finished crocheting? I gave it away the next day, and would like a pic if anyone will post it.
I didn't see this thread until after PAX was over, but if this happens again next year, I'm in. I'm neither a knitter or a hooker, but I started an embroidery at the Hynes (as my own homemade souvenir) and just finished it.
