THERE IS TOO MUCH MUSIC THAT IS GREAT FOR ME TO POST
But I will limit myself to three. All of these soundtracks are on Grooveshark so I'd look up the rest if you like the specific songs. All three are albums full of awesome.
Republic Commando [Multi] - Rage of the Shadow Warriors by Jesse Harlin
http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/s/Rage+Of+The+Shadow+Warriors/3v7Jp
Star Wars games have two kinds of music: recycled Star Wars music or FANTASTIC new soundtracks, like Force Commander, KOTOR + KOTOR II, and this game, Republic Commando. All the singing is in Mandalorian, a language invented largely so they could have something to sing, I think.

Here's a few of mine. I'd have included Uncharted 2 music as well but it's been posted already.

Some of my favorites are fairly old.
Wing Commander Prophecy - Colony 328. This track never fails to get me pumped. Nothing like hearing it start, getting launched off the cat, then cutting in your booster and tearing away after hostiles at 3000kps. Those red Mantas and Devilrays are going down!
I was gonna go post the ME2 launch trailer and Afterlife music, but I see I've already been beaten to the punch. Heart of Courage is a track that just rouses you to action. Honestly, most of the Mass Effect 2 soundtrack stands on its own, in contrast to the first Mass Effect. Only the intro and closing songs there were good enough to listen to without the context of the game backing them.
Gradius 3 - Cosmo Plant. It's just so happy and upbeat I enjoy listening to it, without even playing the game (which was the first Gradius that wasn't Nintendo-hard; I could actually beat it!)
Final Fantasy VII - Aerith's Theme. Despite its many flaws in plot, characterization, and technology, it was still the first RPG I played that married strongly defined characters, a wide open game world, and a serious attempt at cinematics. Aerith's gentle, slightly sad theme I still enjoy listening to on occasion.
Final Fantasy VII - Lifestream. Perhaps it was just the context I saw it in first (and because it was the first time I'd seen a videogame do it), but I still get shivers when I listen to it.
Homeworld - Kharak System. It's vaguely mournful, seriously spacy, and just sounds like the quintessential sci-fi music. It's a great setup for what follows in the game, and stands just fine on its own.
Descent 2's first track, by Ogre of Skinny Puppy. Another blood-pumping track, and one that was an amazing change from the first Descent. Redbook audio, higher resolution, and enough new weapons and enemies you knew you were in for some serious ass-kicking! Also, fuck the thiefbot.
I haven't played more than an hour or so of Neotokyo, but I've listened to the OST cover-to-cover many times over. Solid album all the way, and this is one of my favorite tracks; 4:30 onward makes a guy want to dramatically leap from cover with guns blazing and take as many of them with you as you can. Internet high-five to TychoCelchuuu for bringing this game up too.
Alone in the Dark - An End for a Prelude (PC/360/PS3, Oliver Deriviere)
The game was wildly inconsistent, with some spectacular moments buried in poor design; the only thing I couldn't swallow was the ending, or lack thereof. But damn was the music spot on. Everything about this boss fight piece screams "you are doing something really epic here," and indeed you are.
Headhunter - On the Prowl (DC/PS2, Richard Jacques)
Another game given a serious boost through its soundtrack, Headhunter had some really great moments. This song worked well early in the game during a non-forced stealth sequence, and actually encouraged me to stay hidden more than the challenge of the game itself.
Battlefield Bad Company - Battlefield Theme (360/PS3, Mikael Karlsson)
Bad Company was a very pleasant surprise, being part explosion-heavy MARLOWE DO EVERYTHING war action and part screwball comedy. The music fit the part on both counts, and it's a toss-up between this and The Beast for my favorite song from the game; this played before one of the missions and it's a hell of a warm-up track.
Spoiling this one for the Nameless Mod since the title is itself a minor spoiler for the PDX side:
The Nameless Mod - Sol's Bar & Grille 2 (destroyed) (PC, Leo Badinella)
I was rather impressed with TNM's soundtrack on the whole; a nice collection of ambient, combat, and conversation pieces that sometimes rivaled those of the original DX. This one in particular is atmospheric in context, as you investigate Alpha's now-ruined bar on day 2.
Wow, Neotokyo has an amazing OST. Very, very good. I love it.
edit: Does anyone know where I can download the OST? I understand that I could just download the mod but it's almost 900mb and I have a bandwith cap. Any help would be appreciated!

Also, while I was walking through the music building, I happened upon a guy playing this song pretty much exactly like this:
To Zanarkand
Hearing it made me realize that the music is pretty much the biggest reason I was into Final Fantasy games.
Frontlines: Fuel of War - Take It Out
MAG - Another Day (Hell, pretty much the entire Valor section of the soundtrack qualifies in my book)
Heavy Rain - Ethan Mars

But I will limit myself to three. All of these soundtracks are on Grooveshark so I'd look up the rest if you like the specific songs. All three are albums full of awesome.
Arcanum [PC] - Arcanum by Ben Hogue
All the music for this game was written for a string quartet; the sheet music is available online, I think. Cool stuff.
Neotokyo [PC] - Scrap I/O by Ed Harrison
It's just a mod, but it has some of the most fantastic Japanese cyberpunk music you'll ever hear.
Republic Commando [Multi] - Rage of the Shadow Warriors by Jesse Harlin

Wing Commander Prophecy - Colony 328. This track never fails to get me pumped. Nothing like hearing it start, getting launched off the cat, then cutting in your booster and tearing away after hostiles at 3000kps. Those red Mantas and Devilrays are going down!
Mass Effect 2 - Jump Drive. It's the intro that does it to me on this one. Holy fuck, shit's about to get real!
