Help ID'ing a TV Series

This hopefully will be easy for someone, but I just cannot come up with the name of this series. It is a documentary on gangs. The host was a white guy, bald and I think and English accent. He would basically go around and interview all these gang members. Different gangs each episode. It was made fairly recently and they might still be making it. Can't remember which station it was on, but I know for sure it isn't Gangland that is on the History Channel.
