Howdy, so my XBOX 360 died today. and since I am out 99 bucks for the time being, I need a new time waster.
My laptop is pretty decentl
So it can run a lot of games pretty well. But I fear months and months of porn, web surfing, and being left on over night could have cost some performance points.
So is there any software I can get that optimizes this thing, checks all the drivers for updates, and generally makes it act spiffy as new?

Use CCleaner to get rid of now useless temp files, uninstall anything you don't use, set apps to NOT start with windows, go to the gateway site and find the latest drivers.
It's a one-time job that will have your pc working much better than any "magic" programs. Which usually only install even more useless shit on your pc. Most, if not all, "optimization" programs are at best snake oil and at worse malware.
Only half-joking.
