    Yeah I heard somthing similar when a couple force fed their 4 year old daughter water as punishment and her brain swelled and she died.

    The army used to use it as punishment as well but stopped because it was too cruel and these assholes said hey lets fuck up our daughter somthing feirce because we're bad parents.

    The 911 recording was eerily apathetic.
