Hey folks,

Anyone know of a good translation of the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" using the Wade-Giles romanization of chinese words?

(I just plain don't like pinyin)

Thanks!

According to the first review on the page, it uses Wade-Giles.

thanks man. i somehow missed that in the first review and it appeared as though the reviewer was bemoaning the use of pinyin in the book.

i think my dislike for pinyin comes from being more familiar with cantonese.

Mine comes from being more familiar with Taiwan, which was Wade-Giles for a long time. Though, pinyin is catching on there rapidly and showing up in official signage (e.g. MRT, maps). I'm able to make the jump, but it's just adding a complexity I don't need. I'll be really flummoxed if they decide to dump traditional chinese and go simplified.
