You can't really generalize girls or girl gamers. It's a case-by-case situation. Some girls are going to like games! Some are not!
Shockingly, it is also possible to be in a relationship with a girl who doesn't really like games while you do. You just have to be adults about it.
I did try to disclaimer that I'm terrible at that sort of view-orientation controlling, but no worries
Since the majority of the disparity is really relegated to action games, fps'es, and the like, then yeah, I see comparing action movies as adequate. Games that would fall into any other genre would make up the minority in this argument.

Video games are dominated by and focused around men.
If females want EQUAL treatment, then they must contribute to and play games equally..... which they do not.
