Hey i'm a League of legends player and i was wondering how could i get a PAX skin for twisted fate cause we can't buy it in-game.

You get the PAX skin by having gone to last year's PAX and gotten the code from there, or by having someone who did give you their code. I dunno if the code giveaway happened/is going to happen this year.
