No seriously, how long can you guys last? A day? Two days?

I have a friend who swears that he's abstained for a 5 month period, and counting. He also claims that it makes him stronger and more clear-headed.

I'm going to confess now that I don't have the strength of will to test his theory. If I try I can last for about... two or three days. Then I get so distracted by it that I can't sleep.

Also, I remember that there was a no-masturbation contest that was held sometime last year... who won that? How long did it last?
