I envy all you motherfuckers. I couldn't afford to go this year, the train rocked so hard back in 2007, and my return trip only in 2009(even with the swine flu). I miss it. Keep the train rockin' fellas and enjoy the expo.

Train is the best way to go anywhere. Except through Oregon. That mostly sucks.

Yes, Californians. Please persist in your belief that Oregon sucks. Do not move here. Do not drink our microbrewed beer and buy our extremely reasonably priced housing. And most importantly, do not eat our doughnuts. Especially not the blueberry one, nor the one with Capitan Crunch on it.

I love the fact that the WCTT forum is never active when people are actually on it.
Anyway, I'm home. Thanks, TCM, for all your hard work this year. You had a ton on your shoulders and I hope you get some decompression time after.

Soooo, does anyone have copies of the group picture at King Street Station they're going to post?

Just wondering. My mother still kind of thinks I ran away somewhere to indulge in a Satanic orgy or something, despite my nonstop talk about Swarm and Zombie Dice. She's a firm believer in pics or it didn't happen.

(And I do live 600 miles away from my mother, never underestimate the blast radius of a guilt trip)

Just wanted to thank everyone for making my PAX cherry popping fun as hell. Unfortunately, I'm terrible w exchanging contact info and there were at least three of you that live within a mile of me. So if any of you Mtn View peeps want an extra for your D&D nights or to chill PM me (I realize no one knows my forum-to-reallife mapping, but worth a try).

See you all next year :)

That may have been the best game I played at/around PAX. Not many can keep me up til 3 AM these days.

Playing Aye, Dark Overlord on Sunday night was indeed awesome. I would buy it, but I feel like those two games were the peak and any further will just disappoint :)

Here's an open album of my PAX photos, starting generally with Train Trip photos. I can provide high-res photos if there's one someone wants.

I didn't make it on the return trip, sadly. Maybe next year. Thanks to everyone for bringing food, games, and awesomeness to the train.
