Is Immortal Iron Fist ever coming back? I remember them saying at a Con panel that it was going on hiatus until after the Immortal Weapons books, but never heard about it again.

Kevin Nowlan did a bunch of great Adventures of Superman covers during Casey's run, this is one of my favorite Supes covers in general (because the story is so so good):
Of course this cover is good:
And this one, where John Henry is smashing communism in the face, Steel style:
One of my favorite Batman covers, because Scott McDaniel is great but Batman actually getting shot, and seeing the bulletproof vest just makes Batman less godlike:
But I generally subscribe to the idea that comic covers should be more designer-ly, and less guys punching guys-ly. There was a meme that went around a while back, where video games were given Criterion Collection-inspired covers. I'd love for comic covers to have a similar aesthetic. Actually, the Umbrella Academy TPBs actually kind of have that same feel, I think.
I didn't know of this Skottie Young (I'd seen his stuff but wasn't aware of the man himself), and he does great work. It's impressive how a lot of his stuff is very light-hearted and fun but he can also do more serious, even sinister work like Iron Man and the Armour Wars #2.

this one is just hilarious
Also the original cover for that one you posted was hilarious too
We should probably stop before this turns into the transformers cover thread
not our fault there's a lot of dang good TF covers
besides, we've got another 98 pages, we're all good
Clayton Crain says thread over
except for bullseye.
fuck you doing bullseye?
Grimacing.
Iron Fist look the best there, the glow around his hands is the best depiction I've seen of his chi power.
Bullseye is just really happy to be on that cover.
You should read Immortal Iron Fist. That had some kickass covers, and it had some awesome interior art and an amazing story.
Covered is a neat blog. Artists do "covers" of comic book covers.
John Byrne with Terry Austin inks is some of the best art ever.
If I ever hit the lottery, I will buy every Cerebus cover done by Dave Sim and Gerhard, frame them and put them in my lavish foyer.
Possibly my favorite cover ever.
My second favorite Batman Cover
Of course this cover is good:

And also... are there really people that still use 56k?
Seriously, Abe Jenkins has never looked that good.

This one is just effing ridiculous, for which I love it.
That's why I love the current Invincible Iron Man covers.
I could just keep posting and posting them.
Back with Human Torch #1 where he was basically a Humberto Ramos clone (the actual series was pretty good though, Kesel wrote it):
To Human Torch #12 where he started getting "funky":
To his New X-Men work:
To his Cable and Deadpool covers:
To the stuff Virral posted and his recent Iron Man cover:
Those could be filled with blank pages, I want them all!
Nightcrawler as a dunebuggy driving James Bond type character is an excellent idea that needs further exploring in the Xbooks.
This one in particular
As were the Iron Man: Enter the Mandarin covers.
That Mandarin #2 cover looks familiar, but I cannot recall what it could be based on.
check it out guys you can make 3D models on this thing called a computer
Jesus.
