    Eh, I'd much rather have the Dagger of Time than the Beta time suit. I mean, you can't rewind time for yourself. The creepy girl voice does warn you ahead of time though. He has that over the Prince (if you ignore the vision clouds)

    don't forget that the prince got to bang ms. "big hooters of doooom" kaileena, so that's a plus for him :P
    then again, he's got the dahaka and an evil wesir after him, and almost the whole population of his hometown got eradicated. and he didn't get to keep kaileena but just farah who looked better in the first game. :?

    that is true. but at least she does not fuck (no pun intended) with your mind like farah does. sure, she makes you think she's a mere servant of the empress and everything, but at least she doesn't abandon you in a dark magical room, take all your weapons and have you solve puzzles and find magical fountains :P

    It definitely reminds me of Half-Life, specially the fun one can have with the time manipulation reminds me a lot of the fun I always have manipulating gravity. :)

    Half-Life and Timeshift are, of course, twins that were separated at birth. One went on to control time and the other one gravity. Their father is Xavier from the popular series X-Men.

    they loved it, which surprised me a bit :P i guess they were glad that they got to take a break from boring standard presentations fit for geography lessons.

    i used the video as an introduction. good decision, because it made them laugh and listen to the presentation.
    then i explained what LPs are, mentioned you and helloween as examples of european LPers (and the fact that you do videos together occasionally).
    uh... that was about it for the presentation. it was supposed to be like, 10 minutes, and i really needed that time, given how long the introduction was :P
    i showed them a graph that i made which showed the subscribers to video ratio of like, 30 Lpers (i had to have at least a LITTLE bit of school-related content in the whole thing), explained it, and that's it. the teacher loved it as well :D

    in geography class we were given the assignment to write a discourse about a topic -- ANY topic. it only had to be (in ANY way) related to europe. and since i had spent like, the entire day before that watching LPs, i chose LPs as my topic. wrote the whole thing, handed it in and presented it. i used klyka's christmas video (you know, the "i wanna be the guy" one) as the introduction for the presentation.

    TIME QUAD.

    I've been thinking; Krone must've jumped back to like, 1920s, to get enough time and resources to set up operations of these sizes. The changes to the 1930s technology alone are ridiculous.

    I have to be honest, when the video started and you did the pan around and it stopped with "TimeQuad", I had to stop the video until I stopped giggling.

    Just got caught up on the last few sets and man. That is some crossbow. I get why the dudes yell about it.

    I'm late to this thread, but I would just like to say that TimeQuad is the best thing since bombs with two-second detonators and a kill radius double the size of their blast radius. And those are pretty darn good things, too.

    Great stuff, Klyka. These last few sets actually make the game look awesome :)

    Seriously, when did this game start kicking ass? I mean, you can tell the shooting still feels a little light and I'm not holding out hope for exposition anytime soon, but these last few sets have made it look really fun. Maybe I'll check it out if I can find it cheap somewhere.

    Yeah, Timeshift's not a bad game, it just came out at a time when there were a lot better things out there.

    Also, I don't think people in the US believe Indianapolis exists either.

    Despite the fact that I already congratulated Mr. "they call him the steamroller" Klyka on youtube, I will happily announce it here as well:
    It's been exactly a year (actually, here in Germany, as I am writing, it's been a year AND A DAY) since he started his first LP ("Dark Sector", just in case you didn't know). And he reached the 1.5 K subscriber on YouTube yesterday (Well, two days ago. May 14th, there you go) as well. Woohoo, let's celebrate :P

    On a more topic-related note: Why did you even try to run over enemies with TimeQuad(tm) while stopping time? You can DRIVE OVER WATER when you stop time. :P

    I figured that if I can drive over water I can also drive over people.

    New set tomorrow morning btw.

    I've been having audio troubles though. For some reason after some time of recording the audio and video get out of sync and the audio trails behind the video. I don't get it,I never had that problem.

    Speaking of 1.5 years ago, I've been getting a lot of replies to youtube comments I made so long ago, I have no idea what they are referring to half the time. Also, because the LPer is from a different country, all my youtube emails are in German and Spanish and whatever country the LPer was from.
