I don't queue dodge any character. No character in the game is that bad. A decent player can stomp people with any character.. so long as their team isn't stupid and doesn't feed making a slight character disadvantage a huge feeding disadvantage.
The only thing I queue dodge is a team with no tank/initiator. Even this I should probably dodge less as I have lost to 5-carry teams in the past as they burn towers down like crazy and the second you start trying to focus one down you're dead because there's four other ones pounding on you.
Just goes to show that this game isn't about killing the other team, it's about pushing towers. I was laughing all the way to them surrendering when we had aced them right beside their nexus with all of their towers dead.

lol at those idiots calling you 'horrible'. Yeah, because it's great strategy to squander such a huge kill advantage by not pushing, right?

I'm beginning to consider queue dodging Veigar. He was already pretty terrible before, but with the addition of so many no-mana heroes (all of whom are quite popular and likely to appear in the game), he's become mega-terrible. Can't wait until the devs give him the buff he desperately needs.
Today the matchmaker seemed to have a change of heart and cast me and my teams in the roles of anal rapists. Just kept going against one team after another with Veigars/Tryns/Eves who fed like champs and had no coordination or map awareness and fell for every single one of our baiting traps. Went like 10/0/x each game, and while Mordekaiser, Corki and Fids are awesome they shouldn't be carrying THAT hard in a close match.
I dunno, matchmaking seems to be worse for me than it was before -- maybe Riot shouldn't have listened to the whiners and just let the thing keep matching purely by calculated skill.

Yesss. TT is all about being able to destroy buildings in whatever small window of time you have. I've won quite a few games out from under a serious kill disadvantage just by refusing to die as Mundo and getting the last tower/nexus down while being beaten on.
It is so awesome to be able to tell the rest of the team to fuck the enemy champs and just make that last push while they try and stop it.
if by "awesome" you mean "awesomely easy to kill and a complete non-threat to everyone but mana-heavy carries for most of the game (his damage being especially laughable to no-mana tanks like morde and shen), requiring a ton of time and babysitting so that he can farm gold/ap and snowball a nice mejai before he becomes anywhere near as scary as every other caster is without all that junk, and having a bunch of mediocre abilities that basically make him a shittier version of annie," then yes he's pretty dang awesome.
i guess he is pretty awesome if you're playing against him, actually.

Agreed. I don't queue dodge any character, but a team with no tank and several sub optimal choices will get queue dodged a good part of the time. I'm generally willing to tank / carry as Shen, but sometimes I want to play a specific character.

Coming from a Mord fanatic, not surprising. If you're a 20/4 Karthus, he's the scariest character in the game, because he can one hit kill you with his ult. I've had games where I hyper carried as a mage and Veigar just shut me down any time he was up.
I've seen a lot of very good Veigars recently, myself. I wouldn't count him out.
Also, to further expand on Garen, he seems pretty not good. Mord fufills a similar role, but is hardier, pushes better, and does equal or more DPS. Garen's ult always seems like 10% too short or 10% too few damage in every fight. In contrast, Legionnaire from HON is vastly better.

If you're playing someone like Ryze or Karthus or Ezreal, I guess he could be scary. Fiddles and Annie, however -- my two most-played mages -- pretty much eat him for breakfast. Their CCs are on quicker cooldown, last longer, and are easier to use than his, and once he's CC'd it's gg burst damage. Also, I tend to carry a Banshee's Veil on my mages whenever he's around, which makes him even less scary.
Oh, and I almost forgot, he's got one of the few ultimates that can be completely avoided ("popped") by flash. More difficult to do than it used to be, but still rather satisfying.
I still hold that Annie outclasses Veigar in pretty much every way, barring perhaps the sheer mage-killing power his ult has (when he gets it off before he gets stunned and killed in 2 seconds).

vivi has one of the best teamfight abilities in the game, will be able to farm 50-100 ap from abilities alone and has an ult that can deal upwards of 1-1.2k dmg to certain characters with ease
You are all right about Veigar. Against a team of mages, played in a teamfight, he is incredible. Against a team of manaless tanks, 2v2, he is quite bad. This means the metagame, between TT and the addition of manaless characters, is making him less fun to play (because he depends on the other team's composition to be competitive). It would be nice if his ult was modified to be useful in more situations.

Well, except on TT maybe. I've never seen a Veigar on TT and I don't think he'd do very well there but I would love to be proven wrong!
But if someone knows what they're doing on SR they can rape faces.
I have the .avi of it.

Well yeah. You get to play defensively so he can play double-dumb aggressively. It all balances out that way, right?
or yordle
needs more of both
Headbutting Yordle-machine. Blitz's racist father?
Or rather, Yordle-Headbutting Machine.
I absolutely shudder to think what Garen/Fiddle/Kass would do on TT.

3.) Gragas is probably the best hero in the game.
