Round 1 Summoning Phase
Khorne (4/7) summons a mighty Bloodthirster to the Empire. Nurgle (6/6) belches a Plague Touch (enemy models in this region suffer -1 defense) into the Empire. Tzeentch (5/6) whips up a Temporal Stasis (enemy spells and summons in this region cost +2PP) in Kislev. Slaanesh (5/6) exerts his Dark Influence to shift a Noble from Norsca to Tilea.
Khorne (3/7) builds the foundation of his Skull Throne (attack power counts for domination) in the Empire. Nurgle (3/6) belches the pestilent Great Unclean One into the Empire. Tzeentch (4/6) brings forth an Acolyte into Kislev. Slaanesh (4/6) gifts the people of Tilea a Seductress.
Khorne (1/7) whips out a Bloodletter in the Empire. Nurgle (2/6) bubbles a Leper into Bretonnia. Tzeentch (3/6) hides an Acolyte away in Kislev. Slaanesh (3/6) elaborates his twisted plans in Tilea with another Seductress.
Khorne (1/7) riles up a Blood Frenzy (2 battle dice before any other dice are rolled) in Tilea. Nurgle (1/7) drips another Leper into Bretonnia. Tzeentch (2/6) orders an Acolyte to investigate Troll Country. Slaanesh (2/6) overwhelms the Nobles of Tilea with another Seductress.
Khorne (0/7) screams his Battle Cry (no corruption can be placed in this region) in Troll Country. Nurgle (0/6) leaks a sickness of Influenza (resistance is decreased by 2) into Bretonnia.
And I would actually liked to have taken the Peasant, but I believe your hits are assigned first, so that leaves a Bloodletter. Stops Khorne domination, if nothing else.

Beginning of Round 2
Electors Sue for Peace
Remove all Event tokens from the board and remove any Old World cards bearing the Twin-tailed Comet icon from the Old World track. Place one Event token in each of the Empire and one other region. During the battle phase, no battle dice may be rolled in regions where there is at least one Event token.
Slaanesh, Khorne.. any deal you want to offer? I could put it in Bretonnia, which would benefit Slaanesh, or not, if Khorne agrees to try and head north this round. Can't have TZ up there with the whole north to himself.
I have nothing to offer you, Grandfather. Fate seems determined to benefit Brother Tzeentch and hamstring Brother Khorne. My only suggestion would be to reduce it's effect to keep them balanced.
*belch* Indeed. I'm more than willing to feed Khorne morsels for his Skull Throne to keep things balanced. I was hoping maybe you would agree to not use any fuckery on me *this round* if I protected your Bretonnian orgies under a blanket of elector non-violence.

Agreed, provided the same consideration is included from your minions. I am always in favor of less violence, more lust and pain, but cannot promise to abstain from retaliation.

And I would actually liked to have taken the Peasant, but I believe your hits are assigned first, so that leaves a Bloodletter. Stops Khorne domination, if nothing else.
The Empire: great unclean one, peasant, bloodletter
Tilea: seductress
Norsca - No domination.
Tzeentch places 1.
Troll Country - Tzeentch dominates for 1.
Tzeentch places 2. DIAL.
Kislev - No domination.
Tzeentch places 2. DIAL.
The Empire - No domination. No corruption.
Bretonnia - Nurgle dominates for 4.
Nurgle places 2. DIAL.
Slaanesh places 2. DIAL.
Estalia - No corruption. No domination.
Tilea - No domination.
Slaanesh places 2. DIAL.
1. Remove chaos cards - done.
2. Resolve heroes - no heroes to resolve.
3. Resolve Old World cards - no lingering card effects.
4. Score Ruined regions - none.
5. Advance threat dials - everyone advances one tick.
Khorne: 6 - Score 4 VP
Nurgle: 5 - Score 3 VP
Tzeentch: 7 - Place 1 Warpstone
Slaanesh: 8 - Score 3 VP
6. Check for game end - not quite.
VPs:
Khorne: 0 + 4 = 4
Nurgle: 0 + 7 = 7
Tzeentch: 0 + 1 = 1
Slaanesh: 0 + 3 = 3
Tzeentch places his warpstone. Then I'll reveal the next Old World card, Tzeentch will have a chance to discard, and I'll update hands.
I don't think it matters, but don't I get 2 dial tokens? One for each 1+ enemies I killed in a different region.
Edit: Figured out my second question.

I saw that, but decided it wasn't worth worrying about since three of us were tied at 2 tokens.
Warpstone in Norsca, please. And I'll be discarding the Meddling of Skaven.
WOOOO-HOOO! You're all clear, Nurgle! Let's blow this thing and go home!

But I'd rather you give Slaanesh STDs while Slaanesh gives you BDSM.
