It's worth remembering that your screech will lure marines to your approximate location. It's a great way to split a marine off from his mates and get him into a dark corner so you can do nasty things to him without running the risk of being ventilated by his buddies.
Just try not to wonder precisely why a sane marine would think it's a wise idea to wander into a dark corner on his own to check out that unearthly screeching sound. :?

Clause 88d of their employment contract with the Marine Corps states that they must ALWAYS investigate suspicious sounds by themselves. These Marines aren't stupid, they read their contract, and know what's expected of them.
(88c applies to civilian contractors, while 88d is for the Colonial Marine Corps Marines.)
I just love the Marine AI. It's so terrible. "I SAW AN ALIEN! *Shoot shoot, alien runs off.* Huh. Guess I'll walk the other way now."
The Alien Campaign really does seem much better (if only because it seems more fun), so it's a shame that it's (apparently) the shortest one. I kind of would have hoped that it would've been like AvP2, where you 'grow up' to be Bruce by playing through the different stages, but oh well. Bruce is good fun, it looks like, so that's all that matters.
Also, why do I get the feeling that I'm going to start saying "Molest~" whenever I hit a dead guy in a game now?
Ninja check is a permanent addition to my vocabulary. I have also used decentanium and craptanium in conversations, they're fairly self-explanatory as made-up words go.

I know exactly what you mean. Pretty soon Helloween will have a section in the Oxford dictionary dictating made up zing words and their meanings and proper pronunciations.
The Alien campaign seems much more fun... but is it just me, or is there simply a lack of tension compared to AVP 2? The marines don't use their motion trackers, the guns don't hurt anywhere near what they did in AVP 2, and health actually regenerates...

There is basically none.
Wait until you play as the predator and you are literally invincible off the bat.

what are the chances?
ah... good times

oh-some ("awesome" with his... special pronounciation)
and whenever i come across a fire in any game, i always go "mmm, heat!"
you'll see, helloween: three years from now, there'll be a wikipedia article about you. and about 2 years later, children will ask their parents whether that metal band stole their name from you :P
correction: an article that does not get deleted because of "triviality" :P
Helloween is not trivial
If there's someone deserving of a Wikipedia page, it's him.
of course. unfortunately the wikipedia mods do not share this opinion :P unless... operation wikiconversion has begun  we will convert all the wikipedia mods to helloweenism. oh yeah.

Just want to say, up to set 5 part 2 and this is so worth the bandwidth to watch a LP this long. :P

We could maybe settle for a tvtropes page?
Helloween deserves more than a puny tvtropes page :P
@valgomir I'm in... Now we just need to have a plan... What do we do? Start spamming wikipedia with subliminal messages of helloween's LPs? :P
Valgomir already has a list of Helloween and Klyka quotes stashed some place.
see my sig. but there are only helloween quotes there; re-watching only HIS LPs will take long enough :P
also, those won't be sufficient to convince the wiki-people of helloween's impact on english culture. i know only three things that could work:
- torture
- brainwash
- having klyka take over the wiki headquarters. you know, 'cause he's german :P

Funny, I get that same feeling. I think this is a thing that must be done.
I'm already doing it in Mass Effect and Uncharted 2. Everytime I get a guy I use explosives to molest him.
Helloween already has me saying DOOM and ALIENSSS in that same manner he does, and now he has me blowing up dead bodies. It's addictive. :P

I also love how they shoot at you, but immediately turn around and walk away the second you jump on the ceiling.

Fixed.
