I need to manage bulk emails to about 1000 email addresses so I'm looking for an inexpensive (ideally free) bulk emailer or mailing list manager.
Some things I'm looking for:
1) The ability to mail BCC, meaning I don't want people to know the addresses of other people on the list
2) I would prefer this to be offline software, not web based
3) Ability to know which addresses are "good"
4) Easy addition and deletion of email addresses.
I'll be sending mostly plain text emails if that helps.
