Since Atlas has to take off the finals of the copper/bronze/silver tournament will be played tomorrow during the first round of tomorrow tournament.
Had a whole bunch of problems today trying to get this losers bracket thing all set up so I'm going to ignore if for the tournament tomorrow and if I decide to do another tournament next week I'll think of better ways to do it.
Goddamnit, I probably coulda made the tournament, I was just playing now anyways, but I couldn't have been sure. Anyways I did play and upgrades really are beneficial. I got this replay of me doing... pretty well i guess, I thought it was a fun match. Zealots totally own.
I lost to some Zerg platinum fella who had a much, much better ling build then me and I thefted it. I added a few bells to it, but it's a niiice build.

GG though atlas. Still not sure where i went wrong. I have no clue how to deal with mass immortals. None. Esp. when your force could have dealt with a marine heavy force so well.

Actually, all three factions got pummeled quite throughly, and even the Zerg got pushed to the point where it took years to recover.
The Protoss lost Aiur and a huge chunk of their military, the Terrans lost Tarsonis and several other heavily populated worlds, and the Zerg lost their Overmind, its replacement, and the ENTIRE Cerebrate leadership caste. Bear in mind, this was the driving intelligence behind the ENTIRE Zerg race for millennia and now it's the hand of one very pissed off former human. Yes, that's dangerous, but not as dangerous as the mind that destroyed the Xel'Naga. So the Terrans and Protoss gave as good as they got. They might not be able to go toe to toe with the Zerg, but also remember, the UED by itself effectively defeated the entire Zerg swarm, and that was only a tiny fraction of Directorate forces.
Thus, it's not inconcivable that the Protoss and Terrans will eventually rally and crush the Zerg, but due to their infighting, it'll be a long hard slog.
Do you think it would hurt to make a Xel'naga race or something, create some kind of story in which they come out as a playable species. It's a shot in the dark and has huge odds against it, I know, but I bet it could be cool

and i need to make creep tumor highways more often... speedlings on creep is just STUPID

Broodlords would weaken you considerably to a push, and take forever to come out, not to mention your army would be melted before broodlords could kill the colossi.
Corruptors work well enough, but once the colossi are down you'll likely be beaten on the ground due to the amount you need to sink into them. Plus, they will likely be shot down by stalkers.
MASS mutalisks could work, but is also weak to a ground push with a few stalkers, zealots, sentries, and 1-2 immortals before you reach critical mass.
man just played a FFA match where one toss was left alone for most of the match while the other 3 of us fought and then went in a clockwise motion with a mothership and close to 20 carriers with max upgrades and just rolled every player
He took out my 12+ BCs and 12+ Vikings like they were nothing

I find it funny that in the Starcraft Univerise, Humans (UED) are the most powerful race.

I've very rarely seen High Templars and I was wondering what the best response to them as Terran is.
Ghost's EMP. Takes away their energy. So cloaked Ghosts would be awesome but an uncloaked ghost can have enough range too.
