Anyone remember that game Crimson Skies?

Not the crappy Rouge-Squadron Knock-off for the Xbox.

I'm looking for another great combat-orientated flight simulator.
any suggestions.

    But still... FS2 and IL2 should be enough to satisfy you. FS2 is feely available, just do a search for Hard Light Productions.

    And they made the game look utterly awesome.

    IL-2 just recently released a sort-of diamond edition to the game. You get IL-2: Forgotten Battles, Aces Expansion, Pacific Fighters, Pe-2 Expansion, Manchuria Expansion, and 1946 Alt History expansion for around $50. It's titled IL-2:1946. Over 200 planes from 1940 warbirds to weird buck rogers stuff that the germans had on the drawing boards right at the end of the war. Theaters provided are Pacific, Burma, Manchuria, Africa, Eastern Front, and Western Front.

    Edit: over 200 flyable aircraft, around 300 in total.

    That game is no where near what Crimson Skies was... I'm not looking for a hard-core simulation... or a cheesy ass arcade game.... somewhere right in the middle of those grotesque mammaries is where i want my face and joystick to be.
