I'm in the mood for some really great guitar solos. It doesn't have to be the whole song, but the solo itself has to be sufficiently awesome. Acoustic and classical pieces are welcome also.
Since you listed the obligatory live version of freebird, you are required to listen to the live version of green grass and high tides from the outlaws that they recorded during the bring it back alive tour following lynyrd synyrds crash.
The whole song is pretty amazing but if you go to 2:40 that's when it picks up a bit. The original Hendrix version is always fantastic but I prefer SRV.

The solo (starts at 3:20 or so) isn't super shreddy, but its classic and it has a great musical progression to it. Underrated.
