I realized, as much as I love the 12th color (having the PC version I loved the extra effects) but it seems really awkward just having a character have the effect. There was a match where one character had the 11th effect and the other had the 12th. I hope there is a way to simply disable it on your side.
Edit: You know I really hate Seth. I was hoping since he was the boss in the last game he'd be absent in Super.

lk scissors is completely safe on block, mk sk is safe if spaced for only the last hit to connect (only chun's and ryu's super can punish it iirc), and hk is unsafe no matter how well you space it

Headstomp on whiff is a death sentence for Bison. On block, you can fly away or go for the mixup. Empty DR has almost no recovery, maybe that's what you saw?

Sounds super risky! I'd be surprised if anyone would let us Bison players get away with full screen hk sk without punishing it mid move.

What he said. Headstomp is actually a very dangerous move for Bison. Especially if the opponent guesses right on what you do AFTER the headstomp if you do hit the stomp. Coming back in to do the double first, you can eat Ultras very easily.
Even the Devil's Reverse, even though it's safe on hit for the most part (I can't remember being hit), it's not the quickest in the world and a good reflex opponent will dodge it, block it fairly easily, or hit you as you come in with something painful.
I honestly only use the Reverse to chip or to be really fancy (i.e., I KNEW YOU'D TORPEDO, HONDA, SO I REVERSED AND DID AN ARTISTIC HIT TO KILL YOU AS YOU DID HA HA).

It's really fast and people don't expect you to do it. I can't tell you how many times they don't even block it or they try and throw a fireball only to be interrupted and sent flying. Unless it's anticipated, it's not realistic to hit Dictator after the move starts on reaction. Dictator either has to misjudge and hit deeper then he thought or miss to be punished.

Listening to them all now. Some of them I really like as songs, and some of them I really like because they fit the character. For example, Vega's theme is awesome, because it actually fits him as a sound. I also have a weakness for spanish guitar. Balrog's is also great, Guy's is okay. It kinda sounds like SimCity music.
Gotta say that dudley's and ibuki's remixes are pretty good. I don't think Mak's remix was as good from what I've heard but I've never liked her theme anyway.

You have to rush a Bison back. Letting him back you into a corner and waiting for a mistake is death. Start crossing him up with deep jumps. Neutral jumps work great too if Bison doesn't have ultra.
