I'm trying to get the old kids movie Happy Ness: The Secret Of the Loch for my cousins toddler. For reference, here is a link to the amazon vhs.

I want to try to find this as either a dvd or a computer file which I could burn to dvd so if anyone knows where I can download it or knows anyone who might have the file that would save me a lot of trouble.
I have looked around and not been able to find it so for my second question, whats a good way to copy a vhs tape (I have a copy of the tape) without dropping $100 on a video capture device?
