Trying to remember a song/video from '08

It is a combination of a white (slightly hippy looking, long dirty blonde hair and facial hair I think) guy playing guitar and singing the chorus and a black rapper for the verses.
The video is pretty much a beach and beach house. Some bikini glad women, a bonfire on the beach with the guitar playing fellow sitting by it.
I know it was being played on music channels in canada 2 years ago in summer when I was out there, and it is bugging me. I cannot remember a single whole line of the song or I'd be able to google it.
A fairly chilled piece. I'm pretty sure it was all about getting girls...
After a couple of weeks I just cannot think of any other way to find it. If the thread is inappropriate, then sorry. Link me a youtube and I'll know pretty quick.
