I'm thinking that someone has the win condition of killing the pirates and one of the solos. If the beast is the last solo then it is the only thing standing in someone's way.
Unless there is another solo out there I think most of us want the beast to live. Is there a flaw in my thinking Delphinidaes? Let me know if you are out there great beast, we can see about getting you some snacks.

There are many flaws in your line of thinking. But it would seem to be due to a lack of information so I don't think you are entirely to blame here.
And no, I won't be filling in the blanks for you

The Beast is likely to be an sk (serial killer) role, however. This means he only wins if he kills everyone, and will be tough to kill to boot.
None of the factions seem a likely choice for 'pirates plus solo' win condition. Most win conditions seem to involve major, known factions (the big three), with pirates and the like being secondary. We know there were only three pirates (since they're all dead), so they were definitely a minor faction.

Narration may or may not be late tonight, I am socially obligated to do certain things. Vote close is at the normal time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Certain elements in town, namely the rougher ones, had begun to see the way the wind was blowing, but some of them, those with hope remaining, continued to fight for the underdogs. There was less hiding now; the time had come for certain forces to come to light.
In broad daylight, an interesting coalition had formed, and was looking for a man of great mystery. They followed what villagers had said, and figured out where he had to be. When they found him, the Ereyan Doppelganger was hiding in a protective cage, imitating the appearance of another outsider. They quickly set matters right, however, and pulled Ringo kicking and screaming out into the square to face a firing squad.
They found Foolproof hiding in a grove of apple trees, trying to protect himself with the benevolent power of nature. Unfortunately, nature had betrayed him with sharp claws and pointed horns, and Foolproof learned the hard way that sometimes, when the going is rough, everyone just jumps on you.
A few in the crowd managed to sway it in the direction of Delphinidaes, who sustained a few magical attacks and a number of rocks from the crowd; unfortunately, the Ixbilt Assistant Mechanist wasn't quite up to the task of surviving.
Suddenly appearing from the wings, the Great Beast found what he was looking for: the last of the Beast Slayers. Poor ronrab, distracted by false counsel, didn't even see the massive jaws opening behind him.
vagrant_winds, sated with this last meal, howled out his victory, and then retreated back into the depths of the forest to await the return of his ancient enemies.
In the night, Toxic Toys was taken out suddenly and without warning; his allies wondered where he had gone, but found no traces. Arivia was wounded in the night, as well.
Vote Results:
Ringo won the primary vote and the Technological vote, and was automatically kicked out of town.

I'm still here. Sorry for my inactivity today. There was an indie comic convention in town and I got to meet KC Green and the guys that do Amazing Super Powers.
