When I was about to gut it, my dad was shouting at me to put on my goggles, but I couldn't really hear him and then I stuck my knife in and PHOOOOM an amazing stream of multicoloured light shot out of the fish and I was lucky not to go blind.

I realized the other day why I end up dating crazy girls.
I never ever approach women first due to self-confidence issues, thereby ending up with either the desperate ones or the unbalanced ones. Which is not to say that a well-adjusted woman cannot approach a man, but a guy as fucked up as me does not invite it.

After I broke up with my last girlfriend (before the current one), I discovered she had written reams of Twilight fan fiction. And I'm pretty sure she honestly wants to become a vampire.
Of course, she was terrible at being a girlfriend and I think I saw her.. 10 times over the course of three and a half months? So fortunately I didn't experience much of the crazy firsthand. There were glimmerings, though.

There was only one girl that got away for me. But as she left, I realized how much she meant to me and that if I didn't do something, I could never live with myself. So I went to her and told her that I loved her more than the sun and stars and if she would be mine, I'd love her until the end of the world. She said yes and now we're getting married.
I'd have something to post in this thread if the girl I am seeing and I hadn't worked through a major issue and came out stronger for it.
